You are on the student committee at your college. The Principal has asked your committee to submit a proposal suggesting how the student common room could be improved to encourage students to spend time there and to support both relaxation and study. Write your proposal (220–260 words). In your proposal you should: - evaluate the current situation and identify the main problems - recommend specific improvements (e.g. facilities, layout, rules, activities) - explain how your suggestions would benefit students and how they could be implemented within a limited budget.
