Service Description

English Practice Exam provides practice tests and AI-powered writing feedback for English proficiency exams including Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, and PTE. The service, including englishpracticeexam.com, its language sites and the English Practice Exam apps, is run by S-Block Technologies ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and S-Block Technologies.

Free Tier

Anonymous visitors can view up to 3 practice tests for free. New free accounts receive 2 bonus credits to unlock more tests or AI grading. Free accounts do not include unlimited test access or unlimited AI grading.

Pro Subscription

Pro unlocks unlimited practice tests and unlimited AI writing grading. Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel. On our website, Pro costs $8/month and you can cancel at any time through the subscription management portal (Manage subscription on the Pricing page). In the iOS and Android apps, Pro costs $7.99/month, or the local price shown by the App Store or Google Play, and payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. To cancel a subscription bought in an app, use the subscription settings of your App Store or Google Play account. We cannot cancel a store subscription for you. Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Credits

Credit packs are sold on our website as one-time payments, at the prices shown on the Pricing page (from 3 credits for $4 to 20 credits for $24 in US dollars). New free accounts and referrals also earn credits. One credit unlocks one practice test or one AI writing grade. A test you unlock stays unlocked on your account. Credits do not expire: unused credits stay on your account for as long as the account exists. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and are removed if you delete your account.

Refunds for Pro and Credits

Payments for Pro and for credit packs are generally non-refundable, including for credits you have already used and for a Pro month you have already started. When you cancel Pro on our website, it does not renew again. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not use a purchase because of a fault on our side, contact support@englishpracticeexam.com and we will review a refund case by case. This does not limit any refund rights you have under the consumer law where you live. Refunds for purchases made in the iOS or Android app are handled by Apple or Google, as described above.

AI Grading

AI grading is powered by artificial intelligence and is provided as a learning aid only. Scores and feedback are approximate and should not be taken as official exam results. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated feedback.

Digital Products

Some purchases grant access to downloadable digital study materials, including PDFs, Anki decks, and related bundle assets. These products are sold as one-time digital goods and are delivered through your account library.

No Physical Shipping

All resource purchases are digital downloads only. No physical products are shipped and no postal delivery is included.

Refunds

Unless a different policy is stated at checkout, digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If a file is defective, missing, or inaccessible because of our error, contact support and we will work with you on a replacement, repair, or case-by-case refund review.

Access and Updates

Purchased resources remain available through your account while we continue to offer them on the service. We may issue updates, corrections, or replacement files at our discretion, but we are not required to provide future versions unless explicitly promised at checkout.

Intellectual Property and Independence

Our Cambridge Use of English resources are independent, original educational materials created by English Practice Exam. They are not official Cambridge exam papers, are not affiliated with or endorsed by Cambridge, and may not be redistributed, resold, or published without permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service to: share your account with others, scrape or automate access to exam content, redistribute exam materials, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on AI grading feedback for exam preparation decisions.
