Service Description

English Practice Exam provides practice tests and AI-powered writing feedback for English proficiency exams including Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, and PTE.

Free Tier

Anonymous visitors can view up to 3 practice tests for free. New free accounts receive 2 bonus credits to unlock more tests or AI grading. Free accounts do not include unlimited test access or unlimited AI grading.

Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription ($8/month) unlocks unlimited practice tests and unlimited AI writing grading. You can cancel at any time through the subscription management portal.

AI Grading

AI grading is powered by artificial intelligence and is provided as a learning aid only. Scores and feedback are approximate and should not be taken as official exam results. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated feedback.

Digital Products

Some purchases grant access to downloadable digital study materials, including PDFs, Anki decks, and related bundle assets. These products are sold as one-time digital goods and are delivered through your account library.

No Physical Shipping

All resource purchases are digital downloads only. No physical products are shipped and no postal delivery is included.

Refunds

Unless a different policy is stated at checkout, digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If a file is defective, missing, or inaccessible because of our error, contact support and we will work with you on a replacement, repair, or case-by-case refund review.

Access and Updates

Purchased resources remain available through your account while we continue to offer them on the service. We may issue updates, corrections, or replacement files at our discretion, but we are not required to provide future versions unless explicitly promised at checkout.

Intellectual Property and Independence

Our Cambridge Use of English resources are independent, original educational materials created by English Practice Exam. They are not official Cambridge exam papers, are not affiliated with or endorsed by Cambridge, and may not be redistributed, resold, or published without permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service to: share your account with others, scrape or automate access to exam content, redistribute exam materials, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on AI grading feedback for exam preparation decisions.
