Model answer

Dear Sarah,

My name is James Park, and I am a first-year student majoring in Environmental Science. I recently learned about the Environmental Action Club through a poster on campus, and I am very interested in joining. I have always been passionate about protecting the environment, and I believe this club would be a great way for me to get involved and meet like-minded students.

I was wondering if you could share some information about any upcoming events the club has planned this semester. I would also like to know when your regular meetings are held so that I can attend the next one.

Additionally, could you let me know if there are any membership requirements or fees I should be aware of before signing up? I want to make sure I complete everything needed to become an active member.
